DIGITAL MEDIA PORTFOLIO 

1. In as much detail as possible record the steps it took to create this project in Photoshop. Use complete sentences. 

First I typed my name in bold font so the images would pop out then was looking for 15 photos that are related to things I am interested in and My family. Next, ad started clipping them with a clipping mask after I chose 3 photos to pop out of my name then added shadow on them to make them pop out more.

2. What are clipping masks? How do they differ from just using the eraser tool in Photoshop? How might you use them in the future to create more projects in Photoshop?

A clipping mask is a group of layers to which a mask is applied and hidden under an image. I would use them to make my image better and make it look clearer and presentable. 

3. What was successful in your project? What was unsuccessful and what would you do differently next time to solve this problem?

 what was successful was making the images pop ad
